What we do:

Bonnie is a hospitality operator that converts urban commercial space into strong, repeatable cash yields via an asset-light platform. We manage design-forward rooms & pods in A- and B-city centers, using shared kitchens & lounges to lift revenue per m² above apartments and many hotels, all with lean OpEx. Berlin proof: 27 units, 82% occupancy, €71.8 ADR, 21% EBIT.

 

What this means in numbers:

For owners : ~€23/m² net cold rent + 2.2% revenue fee; a 2,000 m² case delivers ~€640k/yr to the owner (base rent €552k + ~€88k success fee) on ~€2.5M CapEx (≈25% ROI).

For PE/VC : OpCo/PropCo-ready roll-up targeting 2,000+ units by 2030 across Europe.
